Purchasing Products
You can add items to basket but you will need to open an account to complete an order and pay onlone with a credit or debit card. This store will only ship items within themEU.

Confirmation of order
When your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to your order. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive separate order confirmations for the items. We will send you what you have ordered (unless we make a mistake!) Our policy is not to substitute for other items if they become out-of-stock.

Cancellation of order
Items can be cancelled if your order email is returned before we dispatch.

Delivery of goods
Once your items has been successfully purchased their status can be viewed on your order page. On subsequent visits these can be found at Your Account / Order History / View Order.
